Danielle Fitzgerald is an accomplished HR professional who began her career with TMG and it’s affiliates in 2012. Throughout her tenure, Danielle supported TMG’s operations team providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration, compliance, and more. Danielle is known for her demonstrated strength in attention to detail, decision making, and clear, effective communication.
In 2018, Danielle transitioned into the role of Human Resources Manager, focused on implementing human resource management and talent acquisition strategies that enable TMG to attract, develop, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Danielle holds a BA in Psychology from Monmouth University and is certified in Human Resources Management through Pace University. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). |

Karen Brown joined the Millennium Group in December 2021. She has several years of experience in the field of human resources with a strong background in employee relations and building partnerships across functional lines. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA Degree in Industrial Relations. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
In her spare time, she likes spending time with family and friends, cooking different recipes in her Ninja Foodie, going to the beach, and traveling. Her hobbies include bowling, fishing, and occasionally cake decorating. |

Morgan joined The Millennium Group in January 2018 with a background as an HR Representative and Recruiting Coordinator. She graduated from Rutgers University with a major in Psychology and minors in Human Resource Management and Labor Studies. Morgan is responsible for supporting TMG with employee relations, workplace investigations, leave of absence and benefit administration, and talent acquisition.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys going to the movies, exercising, and shopping with friends. |

Taylor McGrehan joined TMG in August 2021 as a Human Resources Generalist. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History/Classics and brings 7+ years of human resources experience in the behavioral health and telecom industries. She is especially passionate about employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration and compliance.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys reading true crime novels, writing and roaming museums. |

Greta LaRoza joined TMG in September 2021. She brings 15+ years experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition from the retail industry. Greta has been recognized for inspiring team members and encouraging a creative work environment. Greta previously was a District Manager prior to starting with TMG as a HR Generalist.
In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, the beach, crocheting, camping and singing in choir. Greta also enjoys organizing! When not working or organizing she can be found spending time with her family, niece and friends. |

Lakesha Turner joined TMG in July 2021. She brings 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition from various industries such as food, retail, corrections, social services and most recently telecommunications with a heavy focus on employee relations. Lakesha enjoys networking with HR professionals and good old fashion direct recruiting.
In her free time Lakesha enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, listening to music, and playing with her new puppy, Parker. |

Amelia Romano brings 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, most recently at one of the largest home healthcare companies in the country. Amelia holds a Management degree from the College of Staten Island with minor concentration in Finance. Amelia’s primary responsibility is full-cycle recruitment for TMG’s Western Region.
In her spare time, she enjoys oil and watercolor painting, entertaining and spending time with family and friends. |

Megan Courtney

Megan Courtney joined TMG in August 2021. She began her Human Resources career with TMG back in 2006 as an assistant to the HR Manager. After several more years in the work force as a Human Resources Analyst, she spent the next decade being a caregiver to her growing family; during which, she wrote articles for several online publications about her experiences in parenting, caregiving, and widowhood. Megan has her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in English Literature, and has since graduated from the JRNI school of coaching, where she intends to become ICF credentialed in executive coaching, performance management, and employee development.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending all the time she can outdoors with her husband, and four kids. They enjoy hiking, biking, going to the beach, and geocaching (it’s like treasure hunting in the woods). She also enjoys reading novels, writing, and running. |
Addie Malicsi joined The Millennium Group in September 2019. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Ecology where she majored in Family and Child Development Studies. Addie previously held positions in customer service, retail, and education prior to joining TMG as a Recruiter.

Cassandra Gaudenzi

Cassandra Gaudenzi joined The Millennium Group in April 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Cassandra graduated with a Business degree from Union County College and comes from 13+ years of human resources and talent acquisition experience in the retail industry. She has customer service management experience from locations such as the Tristate area, as well as Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. She has held many roles in the retail industry, the latest being Store Director of Human Resources.
In her spare time she enjoys many forms of art including fabric art, painting, and furniture refurbishing. Cassandra also enjoys live music, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. |
