Associates will need to be able to provide their last name, social security number, date of birth, and home address when calling John Hancock.
Please note that our 401(k) Plan has an automatic enrollment feature for associates hired after January 1, 2015. If you do not wish to enroll, you will need to submit a Waiver Form to RCarney@DirectMailDepot.com. Waiver forms can be found HERE.
